HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.079-76RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves ORDINANCE NO. ~ (Series of 1976) AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING AND APPROPRIATING REVENUES IN THE SIXTH AND SEVENTH PENNY SALES TAX REVENUE BOND FUNDS WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there is available for appropriation revenues in the Sixth and Seventh Penny Revenue Bond Funds in excess of those estimated in the budget for 1976, and corresponding appropriations from these funds which must be ratified before the close of this year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 That revenues be recognized 1973 Sales Tax Revenue Bond Fund the manner: 1973 Sales Tax Revenue Bond Fund Interest Income Budgeted Change in Fund Balance Reduction of Transfer from Transportation Fund in and appropriated from (7th Penny) in the following Appropriation Revenues Expenditures 7,448.00 2,549.00 9,997.00 Total $9,997.00 Leaving no unappropriated revenues. Section 2 That revenues be recognized in and appropriated from the 1972 Sales Tax Refunding/Acquisition Revenue Bond Fund (6th Penny) in the following manner: $9,997.00 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves 1972 Sales Tax Refunding/ Acquisition Revenue Fund Interest Income Reduction of Transfer from 6th Penny Reduction of Coupon Expenditures Change in Fund Balance Appropriation Revenues Expenditures 11,173.00 9,479.00 792.00 902.00 Total $11,173.00 Leaving no unappropriated revenues. Section 3 If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. Section 4 A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on /~~ /~ , 1976, at 5:00 P.H. in the City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
