AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING REVENUES IN AND MAKING
APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE 1966 AND 1967 STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FUNDS

WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there
is available for appropriation revenues in the 1966 and 1967
Street Improvement District Funds in excess of those estimated
in the budget for 1976, and corresponding appropriations from
funds which must be ratified before the close of this
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:

If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of
this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 4
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held
on /~~.~ /4 , 1976, at 5:00 P.M. in the
City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided
