(Series of 1977)
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNAPPROPRIATED WATER
REVENUES OF $93,226 FOR HUNTER CREEK TREATMENT
PLANT AND DITCH IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there
are available for appropriation water revenues consisting of
an unappropriated prior year surplus of $83,226 and unappropriated
current year plan investment fees of $10,000, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to authorize expen-
ditures from the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That there be appropriated from the unappropriated
water revenues the sum of $93,226 as

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid

provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on
