HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.027-77RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves ORDINANCE NO. 27 (Series of 1977) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZNONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO (SEC. 24-2.2) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WHEREAS, the Aspen City Council has been presented a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to amend Sec. 24-2.2 of the Zoning Code, and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to adopt the same for the benefit of the City of Aspen, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 That Sec. 24-2.2 Zoning District Map) is hereby amended as follows: The zoning in the following described areas in (a) the R-6 City of Aspen, Colorado, is hereby changed from to R-15: Block 25(a), Lots P, Q, R and S Block 32, Lots A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, O, P, Q, R, S Block 39, Lots A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S Block 47, Lots A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J H, J, K, Block 54, Lots A, B, C, D, E, F, G, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S Block 62, Lotds D, E, F, G, H, J (b) The zoning the the following-described areas is hereby changed from R-15 PUD to R-30 PUD: The area located between the Roaring Fork River Gibson Avenue and the easterly boundary of the tract known as the Buchannan Property extending between Gibson Avenue and the Roaring Fork River as described in the deed recorded in the office RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves of the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder, Book , Page , (commonly known as Oklahoma Flats). Section 2 If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. Section 3 That a public hearing be held on this ordinance on July 11, 1977 at 1:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado, 15 days prior to which hearing notice of the same shall be published once in a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Aspen.
