ORDINANCE NO. 50
(Series of 1977)
AN ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION
IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000 FROM PRIOR YEAR SEVENTH
PENNY REVENUES FOR ADDITIONAL OVERTIME POLICE
DEPARTMENT PATROLLING OF THE MALL
WHEREAS, the City Manager has advised Council that
there is available for appropriation $2,000 from prior year
Seventh Penny Revenues; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to make a supplemental
appropriation in the amount of $2,000 from prior year Seventh
Penny Revenues for the purpose of providing additional overtime
police patrolling of the Mall;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That $2,000 be appropriated for providing additional
overtime Police Department patrolling of the Mall from prior year
Seventh Penny Revenues.
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
vision or application, and to this end the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on

Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
