ORDINANCE NO.
(Series of 1977)
AN ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION
IN THE AMOUNT OF $31,649.55 FROM PRIOR YEAR WATER
FUND REVENUES FOR LEGAL FEES CONCERNING CITY OF
ASPEN WATER PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has advised the City Council
that there is available for appropriation $31,649.55 from prior
year Water Fund Revenues; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to make a supplemental
appropriation in the amount of $31,649.55 for the purpose of
paying Vranesh & Musick legal fees incurred relating to City of
Aspen water projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That $31,649.55 be appropriated from prior year Water
Fund Revenues for the purpose of paying Vranesh & Musick legal
fees incurred relating to City of Aspen water projects.
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on

Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
