AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THREE VEHICLE LEASING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ASPEN AND FRONTIER CHEVROLET SALES; THE
CITY OF ASPEN AND KELLY CHEVROLET-CADILLAC, INC.;
AND, THE CITY OF ASPEN AND DICK WHEELER, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council is required, by reason of
Section 10.5 of the home rule charter, to ratify all long term
rental agreements by ordinance, and it wishes to do so with
respect to three such outstanding agreements between the City
of Aspen and Frontier Chevrolet Sales; the City of Aspen and
Kelly Chevrolet-cadillac, Inc.; and the City of Aspen and
Dick Wheeler, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That it does hereby ratify and approve that vehicle
lease agreement between the City of Aspen and Frontier Chev-
rolet Sales and Service, Inc., providing for the leasing of a
1977 Chevrolet Pickup, Model K-10, under the following terms
and conditions:

Monthly rental:
36'months
$146.83
Insurance to be maintained by the City
and such other common contract provisions as are specified in
the agreement itself (on file in the office of the Director of
Finance of the City of Aspen).
Section 2
That it does ratify and approve that vehicle lease
agreement between the City of Aspen and Kelly Chevrolet-
Cadillac, !nc., providing for the leasing of a 1977 Chevrolet
Pickup, ~odel K-10, under the following terms and conditions:

Term of Rental: 24 months
Monthly rental: $145.06
Insurance to be maintained by the City
and such other common contract provisions as are specified in
the agreement itself (on file in the office of the Director
of Finance of the City of Aspen).
Section 3
That it does ratify and approve that vehicle lease
agreement between the City of Aspen and Dick Wheeler, Inc.,
providing for the leasing of a 1977 four-wheel drive pickup
truck, under the following conditions:
Term of rental: 36 months
Monthly rental: $133.00
Insurance to be maintained by the City
and such other common contract provisions as are specified in
the agreement itself (on file in the office of the Director of
Finance of the City of Aspen).
Section 4
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pro-
vision or application, and to this end the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 5
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on

City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided by
law by the City Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at
its regular meeting held at the City of Aspen on the ~ day
