ORDINANCE NO. ~
(Series of 1978)
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $125,000 FROM
ANTICIPATED CURRENT YEAR PLANT INVESTMENT FEES
IN THE WATER FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING LAND
FOR A TREATED WATER STORAGE TANK
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are
available for appropriation revenues in excess of those
estimated in the budget, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appropriate $125,000
for the purpose of acquiring land for a treated water storage
tank,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That $125,000 is hereby appropriated from anticipated
current year Plant Investment Fees in the Water Fund for
the purpose of acquiring land for a treated water storage
tank at the Lower Little Nell site.
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of
this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on
, 1978, at 5:00 P.~. in the
City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.

law by the City Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at
its regular meeting held at the city of Aspen on the /~ day
