AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $17,800 FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED 7TH PENNY REVENUES FOR THE
CITY'S SHARE OF RIO GRANDE BIKE PATH
REPLACEMENT AND THE DURANT STREET (RUBEY
PARK) BUS LOADING APRON
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are
available for appropriation 7th penny revenues in excess of
those estimated in the budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appropriate $17,800
for the purpose of the City's share of the Rio Grande bike
path replacement and the Durant Street (Rubey Park) bus loading
apron,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That $17,800 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
7th penny revenues for the following purposes:
City's share of Rio Grande
bike path replacement from
County Courthouse to N. Mill St. $ 2,300
Durant Street (Rubey Park)
bus loading apron 15,500
$17,800
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of
this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on

City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
