ORDINANCE NO.
(Series of 1978)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-91
OF THE ASPEN MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
ADDITION OF NEW PAY SCALE THEREIN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Aspen
desires to amend Section 2-91 of the Aspen Municipal
Code for the benefit of the City of Aspen,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That the pay scale contained in Section 2-91 of the
Aspen Municipal Code be hereby repealed and reenacted to
read as follows:

Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions or
applications of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on
, 1978, at 5:00 P.M. in
the City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
INTRODUCED, 2EAD AND ORDERED published as provided by
law by the City Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at
its regular meeting held at the City of Aspen on the
