ORDINANCE NO. 6
(Series of 1979)
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 24-10.12
OF THE ASPEN MUNICIPAL CODE WHICH PROVIDES
FOR AN INDEPENDENT COMMISSION ACTING IN
LIEU OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
IN THE REVIEW OF ALLOTMENT APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the Aspen
Municipal Code by repealing Section 24-10.12 for the benefit
of the City of Aspen,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That Section 24-10.12 of the Aspen Municipal Code is
hereby repealed.
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on
., 1979, at 5:00 P.M. in the
City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
