AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-3.4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN CONCERNING AREA AND BULK REQUIREMENTS TO
PROVIDE FOR MIXED COMMERCIAL AND EMPLOYEE HOUSING DENSITY
BONUSES IN THE CC, C-1 AND O-OFFICE DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend Section
24-3.4 of the Aspen Municipal Code concerning Area and Bulk
Requirements to provide for mixed commercial and employee
housing density bonuses in the CC, C-1 and O-Office districts,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said
section for the benefit of the City of Aspen,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN COLORADO:
Section 1
That Section 24-3.4 of the Aspen Municipal Code concern-
ing Area and Bulk Requirements applicable to the CC, C-1 and
O-Office districts is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 2
If
thereof to
invalidity
any provision of this ordinance or the application
any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
A~ublic hearing on the ordinance shall be held on
April~, 1979, at 5:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers,
Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided by
