AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN
EQUIPMENT LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN AND THE FIRST
NATIONAL BANK
WHEREAS, the City Council is required, by reason of
Section 10.8 of the home rule charter, to ratify all long
term rental agreements by ordinance, and it wishes to do so
with respect to an outstanding agreement between the City of
Aspen and The First National Bank,
NOW, THEREFOREt BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1
That it does hereby ratify and approve that equipment
lease agreement between the City of Aspen and The First
National Bank, providing for the leasing of one (1) Lanier
LTE III Text Editor and one (1) Qume S345 Printer,
following terms and conditions:
Term of rental: 60 months
Monthly rental: $338.61
Insurance to be maintained by the City
and such other common contract provisions as are itself (on file in the office of
the agreement
of Finance).

If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given efect without the invalid

Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on
