AN ORDINANCE ADDING BRODCASTING STATION AS A
CONDITIONAL USE IN THE O-OFFICE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission has
reviewed and recommended the following proposed amendment to
the City of Aspen Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Chapter 24 of the Municipal Code of the city of Aspen is
hereby amended by the addition of Broadcasting Station is a
conditional use in the O-Office District, Section 24-3.2.
Section 2
Of any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the
invalid provision or application, and to this end the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3
That a public hearing on this ordinance be held on
~ // , 1979, at 5:00 P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen , Colorado, 15 days prior to
which hearing notice of the same shall be published once in a
newspaper of general circulation within the City of Aspen.
