AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A VEHICLE
LEASING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN AND JINCO LEASING
CORPORATION, WHICH LEASE IS FOR A TERM OF SIXTY MONTHS ~D
PROVIDES FOR A QUARTERLY PAYMENT OF $5,319.73
WHEREAS, the City Council is required, by reason of Section
10.8 of the home rule charter, to ratify all long-term rental
agreements by ordinance, and it wishes to do so with respect to an
outstanding agreement between the City of Aspen and Jinco Leasing
Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLO-
RADO:

does hereby ratify and approve that lease agreement
between the City of Aspen and Jinco Leasing Corporation for the
lease of a Fiat Allis Model 605B, Front End Wheel Loader, Serial
Number 24UO5589, and a 1979 International Dump Truck, Model
F-2574, Serial Number CF257JGB20616, under the following terms and
conditions:
Term of rental: 60 months
Quarterly payment: $5,319.73
Mileage Allowance: Unlimited
Insurance to be maintained by the City
and such other common contract provisions as are specified in the
agreement itself (on file in the office of the Director of Finance
of the City of Aspen).

I~ any provision o~ this ordinance or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provision or appli-
cation, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are
declared to be severable.

A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the

City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
