HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.046-79RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS ORDINANCE NO. 46 (Series of 1979) 100 Leaves AN ORDINANCE ZONING THE PLUM TREE PROPERTY FROM P (PARK) TO P-T (pARK-TRANSPORTATION OVERLAY) WHEREAS, the Aspen City Council desires that the area known as the Plum Tree Property in the City of Aspen should appropri- ately be zoned P-T (Park-Transportation Overlay), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 That from and after the effective date of this ordinance the following described property shall be zoned P-T (Park-Transporta- tion Overlay), and subject to those zoning regulations applicable to said zone district and described in Chapter 24 of the Aspen Municipal Code (as now exists or may hereafter be amended): A parcel of land being a part of the Northeast quarter of Section 11, Township 10 South, Range 85 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, more fully described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northerly right-of-way of State Highway No. 82, said point being the intersection of a line produced Northerly from the Easternly terminus of the State Highway Maroon Creek Bridge and the Northerly right-of-way of State Highway No. 82; thence N 32° E, 455 feet; thence S 58° E, 325 feet; thence S 32° W, 100 feet; thence S 58° E, 325 feet; thence N 32° E, 190 feet; thence S 53° E, 815 feet; thence S 32° W, 320 feet; thence N 58° W, 775 feet; thence S32° W, 160 feet more 82; of-way of State Highway No. thence Northwesterly along said Northerly right-of-way State Highway No. 82 to the point of beginning. or less to the Northerly right- of Section 2 This ordinance shall continue effective through April 30, 1980. Section 3 If any section, subsection, portion of this ordinance is for sentence, clause, phrase or any reason held invalid or RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
