NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 Upon the City Manager's certification that there are available for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated in the budget, the City Council hereby makes a supplemental appropriation of Current Year Unanticipated Sales Tax Revenues in the amount of $36,300.00, of unappropriated revenues in the amount of $110,999.00 and of transferred Water Fund revenues in the amount of $316,235.00 for the purposes specified on the attached Exhibit "A". Section 2 If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por- tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti- tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por- tions thereof.
