AN ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$52,500.00 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED CURRENT YEAR REVENUES OF THE
ELECTRIC FUND FOR MISCELLANEOUS ELECTRIC FUND EXPENDITURES
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are avail-
able for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated in
the budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues
and expenditures must be recognized and approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated in
the budget, the City Council hereby makes a supplemental appropri-
ation of current year unappropriated revenues of the Electric Fund
in the amount of $52,500.00 for the purposes specified on the
attached Exhibit "A".
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reson held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
Section 3
That a public
