(Series of 1979)
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE LAND AND OPEN SPACE FUND
AND THE TRANSPORTATION FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,164.00 AND
$2,156.00 RESPECTIVELY, AND APPROPRIATING $7,320.00 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF COUPON REDEMPTION IN THE '78 S.T. REFUNDING BOND FUND
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are avail-
able for transfer and appropriation revenues in excess of those
estimated in the budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues
and expenditures must be recognized and approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for transfer and appropriation revenues in excess of those
estimated in the budget, the City Council hereby makes a supple-
mental appropriation of transfers from the Land and Open Space
Fund in the amount of $5,164.00 and from the Transportation Fund
in the amount of $2,156.00 for the purpose of coupon redemption in
the '78 S.T. Refunding Bond Fund.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reson held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
Section 3
That a public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
9th day of O~ob~r , 1979, at 5:00
P.M. in the City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen,
Colorado.
