AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE LAND ~qD OPEN SPACE FUND
AND THE TRANSPORTATION FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $158,725.00 AND
$66,275.00 RESPECTIVELY, APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR SURPLUS FROM THE
DEBT RESERVE FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000.00 AND APPROPRIATING
BOND REVENUES EXPENDITURE IN THE AMOUNT OF $275,000.00 IN THE DEBT
RESERVE FUND
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified
able for transfer and appropriation revenues
estimated in the budget; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for transfer and appropriation revenues in excess of those
estimated in the budget, the City Council hereby makes a supple-
mental appropriation of transfers from the Land and Open Space
Fund in the amount of $158,725.00 and from the Transportation Fund
in the amount of $66,275.00; and of $50,000.00 for the purpose of
increasing the bond reserve expenditure in the Debt Reserve Fund
in the amount of $275,000.00 as required by Ordinance No. 9
(Series of 1978) authorizing Sales Tax Refunding Revenue Bonds,
Series 1978.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reson held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
