ORDINANCE NO. 77
(Series of 1979}
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A VEHICLE
LEASING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN AND REY MOTORS, INC.
WHICH LEASE IS FOR A TERM OF THIRTY-SIX MONTHS AND PROVIDES FOR A
MONTHLY PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $276.56
WHEREAS, the City Council is

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That it does hereby ratify and approve that lease agreement
between the City of Aspen and Rey Motors, Inc. for the lease of a
1980 15 passenger Dodge Maxi Van, Model B-300, under the following
terms and conditions:
Term of rental: 36 months
Monthly payment: $276.56
Mileage allowance: 15,000
Excess mileage chare: $.12 per mile
Insurance to be maintained by the City
and such other common contract provisions as are specified in the
agreement itself (on file in the office of the Director of Finance
of the City of Aspen).
Section 2
If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance
which can be given effect without the invalid provision or appli-

cation, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are
declared to be severable.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the /~
