AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN AND
THE COLORADO STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS PROVIDING FOR THE
INVENTORY, INSPECTION, AND RATING OF BRIDGES IN THE CITY OF ASPEN
AND REQUIRING THE CITY OF ASPEN TO PROVIDE THE 20% MATCHING FUNDS
AND 80% WILL BE FROM FEDERAL FUNDS
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That it does ratify the agreement beween the City of Aspen
and the Colorado State Department of Highways attached hereto and
incorporated by this reference; and does further authorize the
Mayor on the effective date of this ordinance, to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Aspen.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and

such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.

A public hearing on the ordinance
