AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 20-22(c) and (d)
OF THE ASPEN MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend
Municipal Code by repealing Section 20-22(c) and
for the benefit of the City of Aspen,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:

That Sections 20-22(c) and (d) of the Aspen Municipal Code
are hereby repealed.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions thereof.

A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
