AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AS AN HISTORIC STRUCTURE AND SITE THE
LOCATION OF THE HENRY PEDERSON RESIDENCE CONSISTING OF LOT 18,
BLOCK 103, HALLAM ADDITION
WHEREAS~ subsequent to receiving affirmative reco~m~endations
from the Aspen Historic Preservation Committee, the City Council
has determined that the designation of the Henry Pederson
Residence as an historic site is appropriate-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY cOUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:

That the following described area and structures thereon are
hereby designated as an H, Historic Overlay District, pursuant to
the provisions of Article 9 of Chapter 24 of the Aspen Municipal
Code,
Lot 18 Block 103
Hallam Addition to the City
of Aspen
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
