AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-3.4 OF THE ASPEN
MUNICIPAL CODE BY REDEFINING BEDROOMS UNLIMITED
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado,
desires to amend Section 24-3.4 of the Aspen Municipal Code by
redefining bedrooms unlimited for the benefit of the City of
Aspen,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:

That Section 24-3.4 of the Aspen Municipal Code is hereby
amended as follows;
Br U1 - Bedrooms unlimited; A unit with
more than 3 bedrooms

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not a~fect
remaining portions thereof.

A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
