AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-3.2 OF THE ASPEN MUNICIPAL
CODE BY THE ADDITION OF A DANCE STUDIO, A MARTIAL ARTS STUDIO,
DWELLING UNITS ACCESSORY TO OTHER PERMITTED USES AND A CATALOGUE
SALES STORE AS CONDITIONAL USES IN THE S/C/I ZONE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend Section 24-3.2 of
the Aspen Municipal Code by the addition of dance studio, martial
arts studio, dwelling units accessory to other permittd uses and
catalogue sales store as conditional uses in the S/C/I zone dis-
trict for the benefit of the City of Aspen,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
