PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF UNIT I OF McARTHUR
CONDOMINIUM BY THE CITY OF ASPEN TO DANIEL A. McARTHUR

That it does ratify a Purchase, Sale, and Option Agreement
between the City of Aspen and Daniel A. McArthur attached hereto
and incorporated by this reference; and does further authorize the
Mayor on the effective date of this ordinance, to execute said
Purchase, Sale, and Option Agreement and all other documents
said sale on behalf of the City of Aspen.
