AN ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN ~tE GOLF
COURSE FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,000.00 FROM CURRENT YEAR
UNANTICIPATED REVENUES, AND APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF
$17,224.00 FOR MISCELLANEOUS GOLF COURSE FUND EXPENDITURES
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are avail-
able for appropriation $24,000.00 in revenues in the form of
greens fees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues
and expenditures must be
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:

recognized and approved;
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated in
the budget, the City Council hereby makes a supplemental appropri-
ation of current year unappropriated Golf Course fund revenues in
the amount of $12,000.00 for golf course marketing, of $4,000.00
for golf pro shop improvements, and of $1,224.00 for golf course
merit salary increases.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentencer clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
