AN ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$82,667.00 FROM THE CURRENT YEAR UNAPPROPRIATED REVENUES,
RECOGNIZING AN INKIND RENTAL CONTRIBUTION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$10,990.00 AND APPROPRIATING $80,000.00 IN WHEELER REAL ESTATE
TRANSFER TAX FUND EXPENDITURES
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there are avail-
able for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated in
the budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues
and expenditures must be
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:

IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are avail-
able for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated in
the budget, the City Council hereby makes a supplemental appropri-
ation of Current Year Unappropriated
Revenues in the amount of $82,667.00,
revenues in the amount of $8,323.00,
Real Estate Transfer Tax
of unappropriated rental
of inkind rental contribu-
tions in the amount of $10,990.00f and appropriating an amount of
$80,000.00 for an architectural contract for renovation of the
Wheeler Opera House.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
