AN ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPRORPIATION IN TfIE AMOUNT OF
$67,000.00 FROM THE CURRENT YEAR UNAPPROPRIATED SALES TAX
REVENUES, RECOGNIZING A $5,000.00 CONTRIBUTION, RECOGNIZING A
TRANSFER OF $31,078.00 FROM THE LAND/OPEN SPACE FUND TO THE
GENERAL FUND AND APPROPRIATING $5,100.00 IN MISCELLANEOUS
LAND/OPEN SPACE FUND EXPENDITURES
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified
able for appropriation revenues in excess of

Section 1
Upon the City Manager's
Council is advised that certain revenues
recognized and approved.
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
certification that there are avail-
able for appropriation revenues in excess of those estimated in
the budget, the City Council hereby makes a supplemental appropri-
ation of Current Year Unappropriated Sales Tax Revenues in the
amount of $67,000.00, of unappropriated contributions in the
amount of $5,000.00, of transferred Land/Open Space Fund revenues
in the amount of $31,078.00 and appropriation of $5,100.00 of

expenditures for the purposes specified on the attached Exhibit
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on
