AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-3.2 OF TIIE ASPEN MUNICIPAL CODE
BY THE ADDITION OF A PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN
THE S/C/I ZONE DISTRICT
WHEREAS~ the City Council desires to amend Section 24-3~2 of
the Aspen Municipal Code by the addition of a photography studio
as a conditional use in the S/C/I zone district for the benefit of
the City of Aspen,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE
CITY OF ASPEN COLORADO:
Section 1
That Section 24-3.2 of the Aspen Municipal Code which sets
forth the conditional uses for the S/C/I zone district be amended
to read as follows:
CONDITIONAL USES
Full service gas station~ dance studio, martial arts studio,
dwelling units accessory to other permitted uses; catalogue
sales store; photography studio.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or por-
tion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion
shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and
such holdin9 shall not affect the validity of the remaining por-
tions thereof.
Section 3
