AN ORDINAl]CE REZONING LOTS 1, 2 and 3, BLOCK 4, LAKEVIEW
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ASPEN FROM R-15 (RESIDENTIAL) MANDATORY
PUD TO NC (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL)
WHEREAS, the Aspen City Council desires that Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Block 4, Lakeview Addition to the City of Aspen should appropri-
ately be rezoned from R-15 (Residential) Mandatory PUD to NC
(Neighborhood Commercial),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That from and after the effective date of this ordinance the
following described property shall be zoned NC (Neighborhood
Co~aercial), and subject to those zoning regulations applicable to
said zone district and described in Chapter 24 of the Aspen
Municipal Code (as now exists or ]nay hereafter be amended):
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4
Lakeview Addition
City of Aspen, Pitkin County, Colorado
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions thereof.
Section 3
That a public hearing on this ordinance be held on the
day of , 1980, at 5:00 P.M. in the
City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado, fifteen
(15) days prior to which hearing notice of the same shall be

published once within a newspaper of general circulation within
the City.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided by law by
the City Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at its regular
