AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $33,000.00 FROM FUND BALANCE, RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL
UNANTICIPATED ICE GARDEN REVENUE OF $49,000.00 APPROPRIATING
ICE GARDEN FUND EXPENDITURES OF $42,000.00, RECOGNIZE REVENUE
FOR CASTLE RIDGE FUND OF $4,008,909.00, APPROPRIATING CASTLE
RIDGE FUND EXPENDITURES OF $3,926,939.00, APPROPRIATING POLICE
PENSION FUND EXPENDITURES IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,000.00 FROM FUND
BALANCE, APPROPRIATING RETIREMENT FUND EXPENDITURES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $15,000.00 FROM FUND BALANCE
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that these are
available for appropriation fund balance and additional revenues
in the budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has cerified that the City has
recognized unanticipated, additional revenues and expenditures
specified in Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues
and expenditures must be recognized and approved.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY
OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
Upon the City Manager's certification bhat there are
available for appropriation fund balance and revenues in the
budget, the City Council hereby makes a supplemental appropri-
ation of General Fund expenditures in the amount of $33,000.00,
Ice Garden Fund expenditures in the amount of $42,000.00, Castle
Ridge Fund expenditures in the amount of $3,926,939.00, Police
Pension Fund expenditures in the amount of $28,000.00, Retirement
Fund expenditures in the amount of $15,000.00 for the purposes
specified in the attached Exhibit "A".

Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a seperate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portions thereof.
Section 3
That a public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on
the date of December 22 , 1980, at 5:00 P.M. in
the City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided by law
by the City Council of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at its
regular meeting held at the City of Aspen on December 8
1980.
