ORDINANCE NO. 65
(Series of 1980)
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ASPEN AND DAVID AND NIKKI MOSS PROVIDING FOR
THE LEASING OF LOTS K, L, M, N AND THE WESTERN ONE-
HALF (W 1/2) OF LOT O, BLOCK 58, CITY AND TOWNSITE
OF ASPEN, PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, BY THE CITY OF
ASPEN TO DAVID AND NIKKI MOSS
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a
proposed Lease Agreement between the City of Aspen and David
and Nikki Moss,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That it does hereby ratify a Lease Agreement between the
City of Aspen and David and Nikki Moss attached hereto and
incorporated by this reference; and does further authorize the
Mayor on the effective date of this ordinance, to execute said
Lease Agreement and all other documents necessary to complete
said lease on behalf of the City of Aspen.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portions thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
/~'?c~ day of ~2~ , 198~, at 5:00 P.M.
in the City Council Chambers, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
