AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING A CERTAIN LEASE OPTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ASPEN AND ELDER/QUINN & McGILL, INC. PROVIDING FOR THE
INSTALLMENT PURCHASE BY THE CITY OF SIX BLUE BIRD BUSES OVER A
PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) MONTHS WITH QUARTERLY PAYMENTS OF $20,700.00

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
That it does ratify and approve that certain lease/option
agreement between the City of Aspen and Elder/Quinn & McGill, Inc.
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by this reference,
and ratifies the authority of Herman Edel, Mayor, prior to the
effective date hereof, to execute the inducement of the same on
behalf of the City of Aspen, Colorado.
Section 2
If any subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of
this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional
by any court of competent 3urisdiction, such portion shall be
deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such
holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
thereof.
