ORDINANCE NO.
(Series of 1974)
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LIQUOR LICENSE AND
3.2 BEER LICENSE FEES; FEES FOR ISSUANCE
OF SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS; AND ADOPTING
UNIFORM HEARING FEES FOR ALL APPLICATIONS
REQUIRING A HEARING BEFORE THE LOCAL
LICENSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to formally
adopt a liquor license fee schedule, impose fees for
issuance of special event permits, and hearing fees
for all classes of licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:

Section 1, License Fees
That there shall be imposed on all applicants
following license fees for the issuance of the
liquor

Ail such fees are assessed per calendar year and
no pro-ration of the same is permitted for licenses
issued for less than a full calendar year period.
All liquor licenses shall be renewed on or before
December first of each year.
3.2 BEER LICENSE FEES

Section 2, Special Event Permits

Then shall be imposed on all applicants whose
applications require a hearing before the local
licensing authority, the following hearing fees,
which shall be in addition to any and all other
license, occupation or other fees hereinabove or
otherwise proscribed:

Section 4, Severabilit~ Clause
If any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions
or application of the ordinance which can be given effect
without the invalid provisions or applications and to
this end the provisions or applications of this ordinance
are declared to be severable.
Section 5, Public Hearing
A public hearing on this ordinance shall be held
