HomeMy WebLinkAboutordinance.council.062-74RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves ORDINANCE NO. ~- (Series of 1974) AN ORDINANCE INCREASING AND DECREASING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBERS 63, 66 and 67 FOR THE CITY OF ASPEN BUDGET YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1974; AND DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ENACTMENT WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested supplemental appropriations within, and decrease of appropriations in, each of the Special Improvement District Funds Numbers 63, 66 and 67, all as hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the City of Aspen must complete its appropri- ation procedures before the close of the 1974 calendar year, and enactment by emergency ordinance as authorized by Section 4.11 of the Aspen City Charter is required, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following supplemental appropriations and decrease in appropriations be made to the Special District Funds enumerated: Special Improvement District Fund No. 63 Expenditure Decrease Anticipated Revenue Transfer From General Fund Increase Appropriation for Bond Coupons Increase in Anticipated Revenues - Other Decrease Appropriation for Bond Principal Decrease Appropriation for Other Expense Improvement Appropriations Revenues $ 12,626.00 1,420.00 $ 726.00 13,000.00 320.00 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves Special Improvement District Fund No. 66 Decrease Anticipated Revenue - Transfer From General Fund Increase Appropriation for Bond Coupons Decrease Appropriation for Bond Principal Appropriations Expenditure Revenues $ 15,748.00 1,225.00 $ 16,973.00 S~ecial Improvement District Fund No. 67 Decrease Anticipated Revenue - Transfer From General Fund Increase Appropriation for Bond Coupons Decrease Appropriation for Bond Principal Appropriations Expenditure Revenues 20,029.00 325.00 $ 20,354.00 Section 2. ~y reason of the fact that the City must complete appropri- ation procedures before the close of the 1974 calendar year, it is hereby declared that an emergency exists and that this ordinance is necessary to the immediate preservation of the public property, health, peace and safety, and that it shall be in full force and effect upon final passage and be published within ten (10) days after final passage, or as soon thereafter as possible. Section 3.
