AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 ENTITLED "ADMINISTRATION"
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ASPEN BY REPEALING
EXISTING SECTION 2-91 THEREOF IN ITS ENTIRETY AND SUBSTI-
TUTING A NEW SECTION 2-91 PERTAINING TO THE PAY SCHEDULE-~
AND POSITION CLASSIFICATION OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
OF ASPEN.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
of Aspen, Colorado, that:
Section 1: Section 2-91 of Chapter 2 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Aspen is hereby repealed in
its entirety, and is hereby replaced and superceded by a
new Section 2-91 which shall read as follows:
"Section 2-91: PAY SCHEDULE; POSITION
CLASSIFICATION: The Employees'
Compensation Plan with salaries for all pay grades is hereby
adopted according to the following schedule in dollars per
calendar month:

Section 2.
A public hearing on the Ordinance shall be held

City Hall Building, Aspen, Colorado.

Section 3.
If any provision of this Ordinance or the appli-
cation thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or appli-
cations, and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance
are declared to be severable.
