AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING DISTRICT MAp OF THE CITY OF
ASPEN, COLORADO, DATED MARCH 6, 1967 TO PROVIDE ZONING FOR
THE AREA ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO BY ORDINANCE
NO. 14, SERIES OF 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ASPEN, COLORADO:

follows:
Section 1: The area annexed to the City of Aspen,
by Ordinance No. 14, Series of 1971, described as
Beginning at a point 1354.06' N 75o46'28'' W from
the common corner of Sections 1, 2, 11 & 12, Town-
ship 10 South, Range 85 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian.
Thence N 22o50'00'' E 155.97 feet; thence 123.22
feet around the arc of a curve to the left whose
radius is 150.00 feet; thence N 24o14'00'' W 87.11
feet; thence 243.88 feet around the arc of a curve
to t~e right whose radius is 295.00 ~. ~h ....

Excepting therefrom Lot 3 of West Aspen Subdivision,
Filing No. 3,
is hereby zoned R-15.
~ection 2: The boundaries of the Zoning District
Map of the City of Aspen, Colorado, dated March 6, 1967 is
hereby amended to include the annexed area as hereinabove
described according to the zoning provided herein.
~ect~qn 3: A public hearing on the Ordinance shall
be held on ~3~._~3 /~/??~t ~',>,-o P. M. in the City
Council ChambeFs, City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
