(Series of 1971)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF
ASPEN, COLORADO, DATED MARCH 6, 1967 TO PROVIDE ZONING FOR
THE AREA ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO BY ORDINANCE
NO. 11, SERIES OF 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1: The area annexed to the City of Aspen,
Colorado, by Ordinance No. 11, Series of 1971, described as
follows:
A parcel of land being a part of the "99"
claim No. 6899 located in Pitkin County Colorado,
said parcel being more fully described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the ~outh line of said
"99" claim whence AP3 of said claim bears S89° 46'
E. 255.59 feet; thence N. 89° 46' W. 121.27 feet
along south line of "99"; thence S06° 23' E. 109.68
feet to the point of beginning. Area=6604 square
feet,
is hereby zoned as RMF.
Section 2: The boundaries of the Zoning District
Map of the City of Aspen, Colorado, dated March 6, 1967 is
hereby amended to include the annexed area as hereinabove
described according to the zoning provided herein.
Section 3: A public hearing on the Ordinance shall
be held on ~/~._~ /~/~?/at ~P. M. in the City
Council Ch~mb~s, City Hal~, Aspen, Colorado.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided
by law by the City Council of Aspen, Colorado, at its regular
meeting held at the City of Aspen, Colorado, on the
