AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 37, SERIES OF
1969, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND RATIFYING CERTAIN LONG TERM
LEASES OF THE CITY OF ASPEN.
Whereas, the City of Aspen, by authority and with
approval of the City Council of the City of Aspen, has entered
into certain long term leases and
Whereas, the information stated in Section 1 (A) of

Ordinance #37, Lerles of 1969, was not that information speci-
fied in the lease
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1: That Section 1 (A) be amended to read
as follows:
"A.
Austin-Western Motorgrader Model Pacer 500
Lessor: Equitable Leasing Company
Terms: Sixty (60) months
Rental Payments: Total Cost: $32,511.20
Monthly Payments: $747.76
for 60 months with purchase
option at end of the 60 month
period for fee amounting to
$1625.56."
