WHEREAS, James E. Moore and Alberta L. Moore have
offered as a gift to the City of Aspen certain described real
property attached hereto, in the County of Pitkin, State of
Colorado, for dedication and use exclusively as a public park
and garden area for the enjoyment of the citizens of the City
of Aspen, for an addition to Bavaria Park; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Aspen is desirous of accepting
the gift of the real property and dedicating said real property
as an addition to Bavaria Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission has
approved the addition to Bavaria Park for amendment of the Aspen
General Area Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: that the City of Aspen hereby
gratefully accepts conveyance of the real property described
and attached hereto from James E.
as an addition to Bavaria Park.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED
Moore and Alberta L. Moore
that the Aspen Area General
Plan is hereby amended to include the Bavaria Park addition,
which description is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the described property
attached hereto be and hereby is dedicated as an addition to
Bavaria Park for the benefit of the citizens of the City of
Aspen.

east 191.0 ft.; thence N. 01° 11' East 41.23 ft.;
thence due west 50.85 ft.; thence along a curve to
the right with a cord which bears N. 61° 24' W. 129.57 ft.
with a radius of 700 ft. and a central angle of 9° 20';
thence S. 8° 11' W. 293.6 ft.; ihence due east 168.61 ft.
