AN ORDINANCE MAKING ANNUAL APPROPRIATION OF MONIES AND FUNDS TO
COVER EXPENDII~dRES TO BE MADE BY THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, AS
PROVIDED BY ITS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1,
1960, and ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
SECTION 1: That this Ordinance shall be known and termed
as the Annual Appropriation Bill of the City of Aspen, Colorado, for
the fiscal year beginning on the 1st day of January, 1960, and end-
ing on the 31st day of December, 1960.
SECTION 2: That the sums or amounts of money herein-
after set out are termed to be necessary to defray the expenses
and liabilities of said City during said fiscal year. That the
revenue to be collected by said City during said fiscal year is
hereby appropriated to defray all necessary expenses and liabili-
ties of said City and that said appropriations purposes and the
respective amounts are as follows:
Administration
Police Department
St=eets and Alleys
Parks and Rec=eation
Fire Department
City Building
Airport
Contingency
Health and Sanitation
Bond and Interest Fund
Water Department
Water Department: Bond and Interest
Electric Department
Electric Department: Bond and Interest

SECTION 3; That.~he Budget for the City of Aspen, Colo-
rado is set at
SECTION 4: That all unexpended balances remaining to the
credit of any appropriation herein made and after all bills and ac-
counts have been paid shall revert to and be transferred to the
respective fund from which such appropriation was originally drawn.
