AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN ANNUAL LEVY ON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1960, and ENDING DECf~4BER 31, 196D.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
That there is hereby levied on each dolar of assessed
valuation of all taxable property within the City of Aspen, Colo-
rado, for the fiscal year co~encing January 1, 1960, and ending
December 31, 1960, the following taxes:
SECTION 1. For the purpose of defraying the general
expense of the City, the sum of 18 mills.
SECTION 2. For the redemption and interest on bonds,
the sum of 1 mill.
TOTAL LEVY: 19 mills.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published as provided by law
by the City Council of Aspen, Coloraflo, at its regular meeting held
at said City of Aspen, on this ~'q~day of November, A. D. 1959.
