ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
AN ORDIYANCE MAKING ANNUAL APPROPRIATION OF MO>33YS AND FUNDS TO
COVER EXPENDITURES TO BE IA&DE BY THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, AS
PROVIDED BY ITS BUDGET FOP. THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1st,
1950, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31st, 1950, INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COI~CIL OF ASPEN:
Section 1. That this ordinance shell be known and termed ss
the Annual Appropristlon Bill for the City of Aspen, Colorado, for
the fiscal year beginning on the !st day of January, 1950, and
ending on the 31st day of December, 1950, inclusive.
Section 2. Th.~t the sums or ~mounts of money hereinafter set
out are termed, to be necessary to defray the expenses and liabili-
ties of said City during said_ fiscal year. That the revenue to be
collected by said City during said. fiscal year is hereby appropri-
ated to defray all necessary eA-oenses and li~billtles of said City
and that said. appropriation is hereby made for the objects, pur-
poses and in the respective amounts as follows:

Section 3. That the budget for the City of Aspen, Color~do,
is set at $~2,380.00, plus three mills on general taxes collected,
and such amount is hereby appropriated for the fi~cal year begin-
ning J~nuary lst,,~l~, and ending December 31st, 1950.
Section 4. Thst sll unexpended bslsnces remSining to the
credit of Shy spproprietion herein mede, ~fter ell bills and ac-
counts h~ve been psid, shall revert to ~nd be trsnsferred to the
resoective fund from which such sppropri~tlon wes origins!!y drawn.
