THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1st, 1950, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31st, 1950, INCLUSIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COI~CIL OF ASPEN: Section 1. That this ordinance shell be known and termed ss the Annual Appropristlon Bill for the City of Aspen, Colorado, for the fiscal year beginning on the !st day of January, 1950, and ending on the 31st day of December, 1950, inclusive. Section 2. Th.~t the sums or ~mounts of money hereinafter set out are termed, to be necessary to defray the expenses and liabili- ties of said City during said_ fiscal year.
