BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ASPEN, COLORADO. Section 1. That this ordinance shall be known end termed as the Annual Appropriation Bill for the City of Aspen, Colorsdo, for the fiscel year beginning on the 1st day of January and end- lng on the 31st day of December, 1951, inclusive. Section 2. Thet the ~ums or amounts of money hereinsfter set out Are termed to be necessary to defrs.y the expense ~nd li~bilities of said City during s~id fi ecal yeer. ThAt the revenue to be collected by said City during said fiscal year ie hereby mede for the objects, purposes and in the respective amounts as follows: General Fund Mayor's and Aldermants Selaries .... ........$ Clerk's salery end Expenee ................. Thet all unexpended balance remaining to the credit of any appropriation herein n~de, after ell bills and accounte have been paid, shall revert and be transferred to the respective funds from which ~uch approprietion we s originelly drawn.
