(SEPSES OF 1950;
Be it ordained by the Aspen City Council of A~pen,
Pltkin County, Colorado. Thst there is hereby levied on
each dollar of assessed valuation of ~ll ta.x~ble property
within the City limits of the City of A~pen, Colorado,
assessed in the year A. D., 1950, the following t~.xes.
Section l, for the purpose of defraying the
General Expenses of the City
the sum of 31 mills
Section 2, for fire hydrant and water
rental the sum of 3 mills
Section 3, for redemption end interest
on bonds the sum of 3 mills
Total 37 mills
Introduced and read and ordered published by the
affirmative vote of three-fourths of ell members of the City
Council of the City of Aspen, Colors.do, at a regular meeting
of said Council, held on October 2 nd, A. D. 1950.
Adopted and ordered published by the affirmative vote of
three-fourths of all members of the City Council of the City of
Aspen, Colorado, at a regul~.r meeting of e8id City Council held
on November 6th, A. D. 1950, and 8pproved on the ~V.&day of
M~qror
