AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN ALLEYS LOCATED WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO AND RESERVING TO SAID CITY
ALL RIGHTS OF WAY AND EASEMENTS FOR THE CONTIRVJED USE OF ~IQ~Z
SEWER, WATER PIPE LINES, ELECTRIC, TELEPHONE ~D SIMILJ~R LINES
AND APPURTENANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1. That the alley heretofore conveyed to the City
of Aspen, Colorado, aescribed as "The westerly 20 feet of Lot
"f" in Block 79 of the to~site (City) of Aspen" is aereby
vacated and all right, title and interest of said City divested
as provided by law.
Section 2. That the alley between the easterly 20 feet of
Lot "d" in Block 79 of the City of Aspen, Colorado, and the easterly
20 feet of Lot "n" in Block 79 of the City of Aspen, Colorado, is
hereby vacated and all right, title and interest of said City
divested as provided by law.
Section ~. That the alley between Lot "o" in Block 79 of the
City of Aspen, Colorado, ~nad Lot "e~ in Block 79 of the City of
Aspen, Colorado, is hereby vacated and all right, title and in-
terest of said City divested as provided by ].aw.
Section 4. That the alley between the westerly 20 feet of Lot
"f" in Block 79 of the City of Aspen, Colorado, and the westerly 20
feet of Lot "p" in Block 79 of the City of Aspen, Colorado, is
hereby vacated and all right, title and interest of said City
divested as provided by law.
Section 3. That any and all rights of way or easements
appertaining to each and every alley vacated by Sections l, 2, 3
and 4 of this Ordinance are reserved to the City of Aspen for the
continued use of existing sewer, gas, water or similar pipe lines
and appurtenances and for ar~ and all ditches or canals and
appurtenances, and for any and all electric, telepi~one, and
similar lines and appurtenances.
Section 6. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Introduced, read and ordered published by tae affirmative vote
of three-fourths of all members of the City Cou~_cil of the City of
Aspen, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said Comucil, held on
March 5th, A. D. 1951.

fourths of all members of the City Cotu~cil of the City of Aspen,
Colorado, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on April
2nd, A.

Colorado, upon the affirmative vote of three-fourths of all members
thereof, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 5th day of
March, A.D. 1951.
