AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PORTION OF COOPER AVENUE LYING BETWEEN
BLOCKS EIGHTY-TWO (82) AND EIGHTY-THREE (83) AND BETWEEN SOUTH
MONARCH AND SOUTH MILL STREETS IN THE CITY AND TOWNSITE OF ASPEN
C 0LORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF ASPEN:
Section 1. That all that portion of Cooper Avenue lying
between Blocks Eighty-two (82) and Eighty-three (83) and between
South Monarch and South Mill Streets in the City and Townsite of
Aspen, Colorado, should be and it hereby is vacated.
Introduced, read and ordered published on this 2nd day of
July, A. D. 1951.

was introduced, read in full and passed first reading at the
regular meeting of the City Council held July 2nd, 1951, and
published in The Aspen Times, a weekly newspaper of general cir-
culation published at the City of Aspen, Colorado, in its issue
of July 5th, 1951, and was finally passed, adopted and approved
at the regular meeting of said City Council held on August 6th,
1951, and was ordered published as Ordinance No. ~_ (Series
of 1951) of said City, as provided by law.
