(Series of 1951-~------- AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PORTION OF COOPER AVENUE LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS EIGHTY-TWO (82) AND EIGHTY-THREE (83) AND BETWEEN SOUTH MONARCH AND SOUTH MILL STREETS IN THE CITY AND TOWNSITE OF ASPEN C 0LORADO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF ASPEN: Section 1. That all that portion of Cooper Avenue lying between Blocks Eighty-two (82) and Eighty-three (83) and between South Monarch and South Mill Streets in the City and Townsite of Aspen, Colorado, should be and it hereby is vacated.
