;.AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN ANNUAL LEVY ON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
;~COMMENCING JANUARY l, 1952, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31., 1952, INCLUSIVE.
~BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ASPEN:
That there is hereby levied on each dollar of assessed valua-
tion of all taxable property with^the city limits of the City of
Aspen, Colorado, assessed in the year A. D. 1951, the following
taxes:
Section 1. For the purpose of defraying the
General Expenses of the City, the sum of
31 mills
Section 2. For fire hydrant and water rental,
the sum of
3 mills
Section 3. For Redemption and Interest on
Bonds, the sum of
3 mills
Total 37 mills
Introduced, rea~ and ordered published as provided by law by
the City Council of Aspen, Colorado, at its regular meeting held at
said City of Aspen, on this
